Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute Power Platform roadmap and governance (CoE, ALM, best practices).
Architect scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
Integrate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external APIs.
Ensure security, compliance, DLP policies, and environment strategies.
Lead team, manage projects, and engage stakeholders for requirement gathering.

Required Skills:

10+ years IT experience, 6+ years in Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse).
Expertise in solution architecture, data modeling, integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of governance, ALM, CoE, and Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, PL-300).
Experience with custom connectors, Azure DevOps, and citizen developer programs.
