• Copilot & Conversational AI Development:

• Design, build, and deploy

  AI-powered conversational agents

  and virtual assistants using

  Microsoft Copilot Studio

  (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Integrate Copilot agents with

  Power Automate flows

  ,

  Dataverse

  , and external APIs to enable complex actions and data retrieval (e.g., using

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  techniques).
• Implement

  prompt engineering

  best practices to tune and optimize Copilot responses for accuracy, relevance, and conversational flow.

• Power Platform Solution Development:

• Lead the development and enhancement of custom business applications using

  Power Apps

  (Canvas and Model-Driven), leveraging Copilot features for rapid development, UI generation, and formula writing.
• Create complex and efficient business process automation workflows using

  Power Automate

  , integrating advanced features like

  AI Builder

  (e.g., for document processing, sentiment analysis, or text generation with GPT models).
• Design, implement, and manage the underlying data structure in

  Microsoft Dataverse

  to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
• Develop

  Power Pages

  websites, utilizing Copilot for content generation and site design to create external-facing portals.

• Integration and Governance:

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (

  SharePoint, Teams, Graph API

  ) and external systems using standard and custom connectors.
• Adhere to and promote

  Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)

  and

  Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  best practices, including using

  Azure DevOps

  or

  GitHub

  for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization for all developed solutions.
  

• Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and user stories.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers on low-code and AI best practices.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

  4-6 years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of

  3 years dedicated to the Microsoft Power Platform

  .

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong, hands-on experience with

  Power Apps

  (Canvas and Model-Driven),

  Power Automate

  , and

  Microsoft Dataverse

  .
• Proven experience developing and deploying conversational AI solutions using

  Microsoft Copilot Studio

  (or Power Virtual Agents) and integrating with backend systems.
• Proficiency with

  Power Fx

  ,

  JavaScript

  ,

  JSON

  , and exposure to

  C#

  or

  .NET

  for custom connector/API development is a plus.
• Working knowledge of

  Azure services

  (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI Services, Azure Cognitive Services) for extending Power Platform capabilities.

• AI/Copilot Skills:

• Demonstrable experience leveraging

  Copilot features

  across Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio to accelerate development.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts,

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  , and practical experience with prompt engineering.

• Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified:

  Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)

  or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified:

  Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)

  .
• Azure AI-related certification is a significant asset.
