Key Responsibilities:

• Proven Hands-on experience in

  Power Platform Migrations

• Architect end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform in alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
• Lead the design and development of custom applications, workflows, dashboards, and chatbots using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems (via connectors and custom APIs).
• Define technical standards, reusable components, and design patterns for scalable app development and automation.
• Lead a team pf Power Platform SMEs
• Support the creation of data models and common data services (Dataverse) architecture to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Stay abreast of Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend enhancements or adoption strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specifically

  working with the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Deep hands-on experience in

  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows), Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Proficiency in

  solution architecture design and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform.

• Strong understanding of

  security roles, data policies, DLP, and governance models within the Power Platform.

• Knowledge of integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
• Strong experience in

  building enterprise-grade business applications or automation workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
