Power BI (MS Fabric)

• 4-6 Years of proven experience in ETL development, specifically using Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, architectures and models.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and services related to data storage and processing.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and denormalization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into cloud-based data warehouses or lake house.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights derived from complex datasets.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy throughout the ETL process, implementing best practices in data management.
• Monitor ETL processes and troubleshoot any issues or performance bottlenecks.
• Document ETL workflows, data mapping, and process changes to ensure clear communication across teams.

• Experience with additional ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend) and data warehousing solutions.
• Understanding of data governance, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
