Technical Skills

Minimum 3-4 years of full stack business intelligence experience
Develop and execute database queries over MSSQL and PLSQL
Good understanding of MSBI stack including SSRS, SSIS and SSAS
Data gathering, research and analytical abilities to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions
Create visualizations and reports that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations
Proficient in writing DAX queries and creating efficient data models within Power BI
Working knowledge with Databricks is good to have
Proficient in MS office tools

Process Specific Skills

Business Domain Insurance

P&C Insurance domain understanding / past working experience
Understanding of Subrogation process will be an add on
Ability to comprehend the business processes and associated Application functionality by understanding code and consulting with the business & operations teams

Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Strong Team player
