Job Description

Design and implement analytical approaches to solve key organizational challenges by understanding business problems (through discovery sessions with SMEs) and translating them into analytical requirements.
Gather detailed user requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, business users, etc.) to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of analytical tools from discovery and build to iterative development — while maintaining clear communication with business SMEs.
Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical solutions, including efficient Power Query dashboards and interactive reports used across multiple global functions within Kraft Heinz.
Mentor and guide junior analysts in building analytical solutions and best practices.
Create workflows and scripts for data preparation, cleansing, and rapid prototyping.
Automate repetitive tasks to accelerate the development process and improve speed-to-insight.
Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, ensuring analytical solutions align with needs and drive impact.
Collect user feedback, manage bug reports and enhancement requests in a backlog, and execute improvements through Agile sprints.
Deliver post–go-live enhancements to boost adoption and support change management initiatives.
Conduct thorough testing in lower environments prior to go-live, and resolve issues quickly to ensure tool reliability.
Proactively raise risks and issues to the project manager for timely mitigation.
Ensure all project work is delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.
