About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric to design, develop, and deliver impactful data visualization and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candi will collaborate with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic isions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements into technical BI solutions.
Design efficient semantic models using Power BI datasets, dataflows, and Microsoft Fabric services.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and optimize report performance.
Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and other data sources.
Conduct data analysis, validation, and quality assurance on BI outputs.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support for BI solutions.
Stay up with latest Power BI and Microsoft Fabric features and best practices to continuously improve BI processes.

Ideal Candi Profile

Proven experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Pipelines).
Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and related Azure services.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose data-driven solutions.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Certification

Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
Azure Fundamentals or Azure Data Engineer certification
