Job Title: Freelance / Part-Time Power BI Developer (Remote)

Location: Remote (Preferably GCC/India timezone)
Workload: 8–15 hours per week (flexible)

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Freelance / Part-Time Power BI Developer to support our hotel and real estate business with advanced analytics, dashboard development, and data modelling. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours, ideal for professionals who handle multiple clients or prefer project-based work.

Key Responsibilities1. Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Build, improve, and maintain Power BI dashboards for hotel performance (revenue, ARR, occupancy), real estate sales, and corporate KPIs.
• Develop month-wise, year-wise, and category-wise analytical reports.
• Create management and operational dashboards for decision-making.

2. Data Integration & Modelling

• Connect Power BI to SharePoint, Excel, ERP/PMS (IDS/FineRP), OTA systems, SQL, and other data sources.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modelling using DAX and Power Query.
• Ensure reliability of scheduled data refreshes.

3. Insights & Business Support

• Generate meaningful insights and trend analysis for management.
• Support Finance, Reservations, Sales, and Operations teams by automating repetitive reporting.
• Provide recommendations for improving data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Fix refresh failures, broken queries, and outdated file paths.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
• Ensure proper user access and row-level security (RLS) when required.

5. Collaboration & Communication

• Join weekly/bi-weekly review calls to present updates and discuss new requirements.
• Document dashboards, data models, and workflows clearly.
• Provide quick turnaround on priority reporting tasks.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong experience in Power BI Desktop & Service
• Expert in DAX formulas, data modelling, and Power Query
• Ability to work with SharePoint/OneDrive connections, SQL queries, and APIs
• Familiarity with ERP or PMS systems (IDS, Finerp, Hotel PMS) is a bonus
• Understanding of hospitality metrics (ARR, occupancy, ADR, revenue) is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
