About the Role : We are seeking skilled Power Automate Developers to join our remote offshore team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in Power Platform, SharePoint, PowerShell, RPA tools, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, scalable automation workflows and enhancing business processes for our global clients. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows - Perform CRUD operations by integrating with external data sources - Customize SharePoint Online lists, libraries, and workflows - Develop and manage PowerShell scripts for Azure and SharePoint Online automation - Collaborate with US-based clients, ensuring effective communication during EST working hours - Optimize and transform business processes using Microsoft 365 tools and RPA solutions - Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to development standards Must-Have Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) - Expertise in SharePoint Online (list customization, workflow integration) - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (Azure, MS Graph, SharePoint Online) - Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism - Working knowledge of MS SQL, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services - Basic understanding of .NET, C#, JavaScript is a plus Preferred Certifications : - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform / Power Automate - UiPath RPA Certification - AI/ML Certification (UiPath or equivalent) - optional To ensure we process your application efficiently, please include the following details in your resume: Self-rated skill scores (1 to 5) for : - Power Automate - SharePoint - PowerShell - RPA Tools - SQL - AI/ML (if applicable) Location : - Mumbai,Delhi / NCR,Bengaluru,Kolkata,Chennai,Hyderabad,Ahmedabad,Pune,Remote india
