Job description

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to support business operations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams

  • Create custom connectors and leverage Power Apps

  • Monitor and optimize existing flows for performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Document workflow designs, configurations, and user guides for internal teams.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform tool

  • Strong understanding of workflow logic, triggers, conditions, loops, and error handling.

  • Experience integrating Power Automate with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party services.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Azure services.

  • Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
