Power Apps Developer

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development

• Architect, design, and develop solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Build and deploy intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents enhanced with AI Builder and machine learning capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are accessible, scalable, and meet enterprise-grade standards.

• Integration & Automation

• Integrate Virtual Agents, Power Apps and Power Automate flows with internal and external APIs, databases (e.g., MongoDB, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure), and third-party services.
• Develop and manage custom connectors and utilize standard/premium connectors for seamless data exchange.
• Enable multi-channel and multi-language support for chatbot and app solutions.

• Collaboration & Analysis

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Power Platform components.
• Conduct functional and unit testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.

• Innovation & Best Practices

• Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, AI/ML advancements, and Microsoft ecosystem updates.
• Promote best practices in solution architecture, governance, security, and accessibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  5+ years

   of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven expertise in:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
• Power Virtual Agents
• Power BI and Power Pages
• AI Builder and Dataverse
• Strong experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with:
• RESTful APIs
• Internal enterprise systems
• External databases and services
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot development.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and data integration strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
