Job Title: PowerApps Developer Total Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Gurgaon Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer with 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver efficient solutions while ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and the Microsoft Power Platform is essential for success in this role. Role and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into functional solutions. • Optimize PowerApps applications for performance, scalability, and usability, incorporating best UI/UX practices. • Ensure PowerApps and Power Automate workflows are integrated seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI. • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and workflows. • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and performance of applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing PowerApps and Power Automate solutions. • Provide post-deployment support, including issue resolution and performance tuning. • Work closely with the security team to ensure applications and workflows meet security and compliance standards. • Mentor junior team members and share best practices within the team. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5 to 8 years of experience in developing PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows. • Strong expertise in PowerApps (canvas and model-driven apps) and Power Automate (Flow). • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and related services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power BI). • Experience integrating PowerApps with data sources such as SQL Server, Dataverse, REST APIs, and OData. • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for creating user-friendly applications. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and managing multiple projects. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as PL-900, PL-100) are a plus. Nice to Have: • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification (PL-400). • Experience with Power BI and custom connectors. • Knowledge of other Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
