To build right strategy for the department as business starts from project stage.
Ensure to run within specified departmental budgets.
Monitor productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal and external customers to provide solutions.
Ensure on-time delivery of coated profiles as per customer requirements.
To train, guide and lead the team towards safety, quality and result oriented work.
Supervise, train, and develop coating operators and helpers for skill enhancement.
Productivity, Rejection, Process control, Chemical consumption, Water consumption, waste water generation and treatment and On Time In Full (OTIF) etc.
Plan, supervise, and monitor daily powder coating operations for aluminum extrusion profiles.
Coordinate with extrusion and fabrication teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Ensure powder coating meets ISO/Qualicoat/Qualanod or customer-specific standards.
Maintain coating records and quality documentation for audits and customer requirements.
