Roles and Responsibilities:

Competencies Required

Factory experience in coating processes especially powder coating

Cleanliness of equipments and related work area

Ensure use of proper safety aspect such as use of PPE

Resolve the problems with or without involvement of supervisors

Work in other manufacturing shops as per supervisor's instructions

Training to the junior opeartor

Extend co-operation with other departments

JD approved by HOD: (Name of HOD):

Travel Required: No

Work Location: Kandali MIDC , Narayangoan, Pune

Periodical maintenance of the booth , oven, cyclone , rail conveyor, air compressor, gun , etc.

Keeping of coating powder and other checmicals used in well defined position with identification

Report daily production to supervior as per requirement

Job Responsibilities

Powder coating of all types of frames , doors, covers, enclousres, etc.

Keeping all powder coating equipment in good condition

Resolve the problems arises during production and keep record

Ensure proper cleanling of the panel frames , enclosures , doors, etc. for which powder coating is required

3-5 years experienced in powder coating operation

Experience in handling of the parts - manually and semi auto

Knowledge of powder coating equipments

Testing / inspection knowledge of coating quality - testing equipments

Knowledge and Experience in oven operation after coating

Basic knowledge about 5S

Basic Computer knowledge - Excel , Word

Qualifications

ITI/ NCTVT passed in coating opeartions.

Factory experience in coating processes especially powder coating

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
