Job Description

As a Feed Sales Executive, your main objective is to create and expand the cattle, poultry, and fish feed business within your assigned territory. You will achieve this by collaborating with farmers, milk collection centers, hatcheries, aquaculture centers, retailers, and dealers. Your responsibilities will include developing the market for cattle, poultry, and fish feed through customer and farmer meetings, expanding the market by acquiring new distributors and customers, and identifying potential cattle farmers, poultry farmers, fish farmers, milk collection centers, and hatcheries. You will also need to ensure customer retention, appoint dealers in untapped markets, and conduct competition analysis regularly. Maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the cattle, poultry, and fish farming sectors is crucial to promoting products. You will be required to convert existing customer relations into regular buyers, conduct daily customer visits, and organize farmer meetings for various sectors. Addressing customer complaints, arranging technical seminars, and consistently following up to maintain long-term customer relationships are also part of your responsibilities. In addition to sales activities, you will also be involved in completing documentation for customer creation, credit agreements, MOUs, and dealership agreements. Collaboration with internal departments and authorities for seamless operations is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have educational qualifications such as a science graduate, LSS/Dairy Diploma, Aquaculture Diploma, MBA, or BSc Agriculture. Additional certifications relevant to sales or cattle/poultry/fish feed are preferred. Experience in feed sales or related fields such as feed mills, milk collection centers, hatcheries, aquaculture, or fertilizer/pesticide sales is advantageous. The ideal candidate should be between 21 to 45 years old. Key knowledge, skills, and attributes required for this role include knowledge of the territory, communication skills, product knowledge in cattle, poultry, and fish feed, convincing skills, computer proficiency, and a positive attitude. Being honest, hardworking, having insights into customer potential, and possessing a strong work ethic are also important attributes. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus included in the compensation package. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.,
