Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience configuring and supporting replication using various replication tools.
Experience building and maintaining large-scale database infrastructures that support high-volume, mission-critical transactions.
Proficient in PostgreSQL backup, restore, and Point-In-Time Recovery (PITR).
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL architecture including memory components, processes, and internal workings.
Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and security of PostgreSQL databases.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for smooth database operations and troubleshooting.
Monitor database health and optimize database performance.
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis related to database issues.

Mandatory Skills:

PostgreSQL (Deep hands-on expertise)

Desired Skills:

Additional experience with PostgreSQL tools and advanced features
