Post Trade Compliance Support (Private Equity)

As an Associate Manager Compliance Support (Private Equity) at Morae Global in Mumbai/Delhi NCR, India, your role involves: - Reviewing employees" quarterly brokerage statements from various locations and identifying potential personal trade breaches for the onshore compliance team. - Utilizing internal compliance tools to track receipt of brokerage statements before deadlines, sending reminders, and flagging outstanding items. - Screening and reviewing social media handles of investment and capital partnering teams, flagging any issues to the compliance team. - Ensuring timely completion of new hires" certifications and updating their initial disclosures. - Updating leavers" status in the compliance system and records accordingly. - Performing conflict checks on prospects list and expert network usage reports, flagging any issues to the compliance team. - Managing and reviewing a high volume of emails, calendar invites, transcripts, and recordings of expert network calls. - Working with third-party services for translations of expert network calls not in English. - Coordinating with new brokers/dealers to set up direct feed transmission with the compliance system. - Handling queries from employees and external parties like family offices, broker/dealers, and system vendors. - Collaborating with the onshore compliance team on day-to-day compliance matters and supporting the client team with ad-hoc requests. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 5-7 years of experience in corporate compliance at an investment bank or private equity firm. Required Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Prior experience with Compliance Tools like My Compliance Office, STAR Compliance, ComplySci - PTCC is beneficial. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
