Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Camera Assistant Intern to join our production team for a 3-month internship. This is an office-based role where you will play a key part in preparing the shooting team, managing the post-production workflow, and ensuring video projects are delivered smoothly to clients. You will also assist in managing the video production team and maintaining a streamlined production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure the shooting crew is prepared with equipment, schedules, and shoot plans.
• Supervise the overall video production process, especially post-shoot editing and client delivery.
• Act as a liaison between the video editors and the production head to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Track project timelines, assist in managing team tasks, and follow up on editing progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of final videos to clients and support communication for revisions or feedback.
• Maintain organized digital files, project records, and documentation of production activities.

Help manage the day-to-day operations of the video production team in the office

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of video production and post-production workflows.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
