The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Materials Science/Physics/Chemistry with Polymers/Polymer nanocomposites as the area of research.
Proven record of scientific publication related to Polymer nanocomposites and ability to work independently

Job Description

The selected candidate will undertake research focused on exploring structure–property relationships in conducting polymer composites, particularly for applications in microwave absorption, piezoelectric devices, and triboelectric nanogenerators
This work will be conducted under the mentorship of Dr. B. T. S. Ramanujam, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Amrita School of Physical Sciences, Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

Proficiency in electrospinning techniques is a prerequisite for this role. While experience with simulation tools or density functional theory (DFT) calculations is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
The candidate is expected to carry out independent research and disseminate findings through publications in high-impact scientific journals.
