POS Support Analyst

You will be responsible for creating and understanding a variety of reports for Ecommerce, ERP, POS, and Retail solutions. This includes hands-on experience with reporting modules in e-commerce, ERP, POS, and Retail software. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and generating diverse reports based on business requirements, customizing reports according to new modules, and collaborating with the technical team for report creation and updates. You will also be required to perform quality checks on all reports to ensure accuracy in formulas and data outputs. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent coordination and communication abilities with technical teams, and meticulous attention to detail for report quality assurance. Additionally, you should have a strong command over tools and technologies such as MySQL, Excel, and related tools.
