Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across various channels. Manage and optimize PPC Ads and paid marketing initiatives on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and conversions. 2. Lead Generation, Sales Outreach & Cold Calling Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. Proactively reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships and convert them into business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets. Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and tailor outreach approaches accordingly. Ability to communicate the value of AI solutions to potential clients effectively. 3. Content Creation & Social Media Marketing Oversee the company’s content strategy, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and website content. Develop engaging marketing collateral, newsletters, and email campaigns to increase brand awareness. Manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and create compelling content to engage audiences. 4. Graphic Design & Brand Positioning Work closely with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials such as social media creatives, ad banners, infographics, and landing pages. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing assets by aligning designs with company services and offerings. Ability to gauge the design requirements based on the product and services we offer. 5. Market Research & Strategy Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging AI technologies to refine marketing efforts. Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. Identify new marketing opportunities and test innovative growth strategies. 6. Team Management Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring productivity and goal alignment. Assign tasks, review performance, and provide strategic guidance to team members. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Preferred Candidate Profile experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and lead generation. Prior experience in sales or business development with a willingness to make cold calls and engage leads directly. Prior experience in the AI/technology industry is highly preferred. Candidates from top B-schools will be given preference. Proven expertise in PPC Ads management, paid marketing (Google & Meta Ads), and social media marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization. Excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to engage leads through direct calls and emails. Ability to create engaging content, write blogs, and manage digital marketing tasks independently. Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and optimize marketing performance.
