ü Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and multimedia tools.
ü Transform faculty inputs, storyboards, and raw academic content into engaging, learner-centric digital courses.
ü Ensure all e-learning content is visually appealing, technically robust, and compliant with SCORM/API standards for LMS deployment.
ü Act as LMS Administrator, managing uploads, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth learner experience.
ü Collaborate with the CAO, CEO, instructional designers, faculty, and SMEs to align content with academic and industry objectives.
ü Maintain consistency in design templates, branding, and instructional standards across all digital programs.
ü Balance creativity with academic rigor, ensuring courses drive knowledge retention and learner satisfaction.
ü Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines.
ü Contribute to Bhrighu Academy’s mission of delivering world-class, industry-relevant digital education
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
