Position: Swimming Pool Boy cum Multi-Utility Staff (Housekeeping & F&B Service) Location: La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar, Rajasthan Industry: Hospitality / Operations Experience Required: 1–2 years preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: La Nature Hotels & Resorts is hiring a reliable and flexible Swimming Pool Boy cum Multi-Utility Staff to manage pool maintenance and assist in housekeeping and F&B service operations . The role requires a hands-on individual who is attentive to cleanliness, guest safety, and overall property upkeep. Key Responsibilities: Daily cleaning, chlorination, and maintenance of the swimming pool Monitor pool safety and hygiene standards Assist housekeeping with room cleaning and public area upkeep Support F&B service team during events or peak hours Respond to guest needs and ensure overall cleanliness and readiness of pool and surrounding areas Requirements: Prior experience in pool maintenance or multi-utility hotel operations preferred Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water treatment Physically fit, disciplined, and adaptable Willing to work in shifts and multitask across departments Why Join La Nature?
