(PMS/AIF) Executive Assistant & Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PMS/AIF account opening (KYC/Documentation), execute stock market trades (Equities/ETFs), and handle trade settlement and ISIN management.
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports and dashboards with high accuracy, while handling SEBI regulatory reporting and data reconciliation.
• Summarize lengthy financial documents and meeting discussions into concise actionable briefs; assist with routine secretarial tasks and scheduling.
• Act as a bridge between the dealing room and clients for invoicing and query resolution, ensuring smooth data flow for fund accounting.

2. Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of PMS/AIF regulatory frameworks (SEBI/APMI), the trade life cycle, and familiarity with trading terminals.
• Excellent written English with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly; proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel for data, PowerPoint, and Word).
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize strict market deadlines alongside confidential executive tasks.

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PMS/AIF operations, stock dealing, or a techno-functional executive support role within finance.
