Job Title: Program Management Office (PMO) Support

Location : Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Office Location)

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Duration: Full-Time

Working Hours: US Time shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST)

Notice Period : Immediate or 15 days

Responsibilities:

• Support the

  PMO Program meeting

  cadence by scheduling meetings, capturing and distributing minutes,

  logging RAID items, maintaining a list of topics, confirming the readiness of presenters, and collecting slides.

• Administer program roster by maintaining workstream membership spreadsheets, org charts, and Outlook DLs.
• Maintain an inventory of program deliverables and coordinate review and acceptance workflows.
• Process access requests for Functional Sandboxes and manage access to the program SharePoint site.
• Support the Program Workstream by creating and monitoring PVR tickets, facilitating metrics collection, and providing workshop support.
• Provide

  PMO support for the PV Systems Portfolio by onboarding new scrum masters, supporting the PV Systems meeting cadence, and managing demand.

• Monitor value realization data and update the Value Realization Scorecard.
• Provide administrative support for GMS Technology Governance Council by assisting with requirements and testing for Project Tracker.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to requests and questions.
