PMO Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Support the Release Train Manager or Programme Manager in planning activities by capturing and tracking key program planning outputs like objectives, business value, milestones, risks, and dependencies. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing best practices and learnings, and ensuring adherence to all required standards and policies. - Help develop and maintain roadmaps. - Provide guidance and support to teams on essential financial management activities such as purchase order management, forecasting, budgeting, and time recording. - Ensure alignment between financial reporting systems and project reporting systems, and address any financial variances. - Establish positive working relationships with stakeholders from various domains, franchises, and functions at different levels of hierarchy. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplined teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive challenges and maintain strong working relationships. - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team. - Ability to operate effectively in a changing environment and offer clarity and insight in complex discussions. - Strong prioritization skills across multiple work streams and a proactive work approach. - Capability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to others.
