As a Business Process Analyst at FIS, you will be responsible for the most complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation. You will play a crucial role in planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives such as ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma. Your duties will include diagramming and evaluating existing processes, organizing and leading cross-functional project teams, and developing metrics for process measurement. You will also recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts, collect data to identify the root cause of problems, and measure performance against process requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Project Management Tools such as MS Project, PlanView, and Jira. - Manage finances, create realistic timelines, and track expenses to stay within budget. - Identify potential risks, conduct risk analysis, and effectively mitigate issues. - Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis. - Forecast and estimate the required resources (human, material, and financial) for project objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define expectations and secure approvals. - Make quick and effective decisions under pressure. - Monitor project milestones, track task completion, and ensure adherence to timelines. - Leverage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project health. - Generate detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and results. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of FIS products and services is an added advantage. - Familiarity with the financial services industry. - Understanding of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
