✔ Oversee interior fit-outs & MEP services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
✔ Manage vendors, procurement, BOQs, and quality checks.
✔ Ensure project completion within timelines & budget.
✔ Attend client & design meetings, align timelines, and solve on-site challenges.
