Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify architectural drawings, designs, and specifications submitted by the Design Consultant or Contractor.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory codes, local regulations, building by-laws, and project requirements.
  • Liaise between client, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely decision-making and approvals.
  • Participate in design reviews, value engineering workshops, and coordination meetings.
  • Provide inputs on design improvements, material selection, and sustainable architecture practices.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure design intent and quality are maintained on site.
  • Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines for design integration and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations, and dashboards for client updates.
  • Review and comment on architectural shop drawings, mock-ups, and material submittals.
  • Support tendering and procurement by providing architectural insights and recommendations.
  • Track and manage design changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify adherence to specifications and drawings.

· Project Documentation – I.E. Preparation of Various Reports for Clients Understanding.

· Tracking Of the Project Online on Various Government Portals for Scrutiny and Verification

· Aware of the Government Portals Such as Rera, AUTODCR, DCPR 2034 Etc for Verification and Procurement of Data/Documents

· Able To Redraft Old Approved Plans on AutoCAD Drawing for Existing Members Carpet Area

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes (NBC, IS codes, local bye-laws, DCPR 2034, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, and MS Office.
  • Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve design conflicts.
  • Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, institutional, or infrastructure projects (as applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with reputed PMC firms or real estate developers.
  • Exposure to high-rise or complex infrastructure projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
