Job Overview

Revit MEP Mechanical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical design and BIM teams working on U.S. construction projects.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Utilize
Revit MEP
extensively for modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing).
Communicate with U.S.-based clients, provide project updates, and address technical queries.
Review design documentation, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with standards.
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and workflow planning.
Train and mentor junior engineers and BIM modelers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

815 years
of experience in Mechanical MEP design/BIM for U.S. projects.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Revit MEP
.
Strong understanding of U.S. codes, standards, and construction practices.
Proven experience in leading project teams and managing deliverables.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
