PM - Business Development

As a key player in Jabil, your primary role involves contributing to the development and implementation of new customer products. These products could either be initiated by the customer or internally by Jabil Design. Your responsibilities will encompass: - Managing new product programs from inception to end-of-life, overseeing all stages of development across various Jabil sites. - Acting as the main point of contact for development programs, handling customer interactions, program finances, scope, schedules, and overall risk management. - Collaborating with Jabil's design teams to ensure efficient global product execution, covering supply chain optimization, time to market, quality, delivery, cost, manufacturability, and profitability. - Building relationships with customer product teams and taking responsibility for deliverables according to customer timelines. - Coordinating planning with supply chain partners and customers, defining ownership, and overseeing resource plans for the program. - Managing risks and opportunities for the program, monitoring and reporting on overall program objectives at multiple manufacturing locations. - Reviewing quotations from partners/suppliers, monitoring design cost forecasts, and supporting pricing processes. - Facilitating effective communication of relevant customer information internally and to the supply chain, identifying areas for enhancement when necessary.
