In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and fulfillment of new customer products awarded to Jabil. These new products may originate from either the customer or from within the Jabil Design. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing new product programs throughout their lifecycle from concept/design to end-of-life, including all stages of development through transition to manufacturing across multiple Jabil sites. - Serving as the principal contact for development programs, managing customer interface, program financials, scope, schedule, and overall risk management. - Coordinating with Jabil's design teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product execution globally, covering supply chain selection and optimization, time to market, quality, delivery, cost, manufacturability, and profitability. - Developing relationships with customer product teams and taking ownership of deliverables based on customers" timelines. - Coordinating planning with all supply chain partners and customers, defining ownership and managing overall resource plans for the program. - Managing risks and opportunities for the program, developing, tracking, and reporting on overall program objectives across multiple manufacturing locations. - Reviewing quotations from partners/suppliers, tracking design cost forecast, and supporting pricing processes. - Ensuring effective communication of relevant customer information internally and to the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement as needed. Qualifications: - Engineering or product development experience - Experience with manufacturing operations and supply chain management - Knowledge of customer product development, organization, and processes - Customer account management - Financial ROI analysis - Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions - Strong PC skills and familiarity with Jabil's software packages - Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and draw conclusions - Ability to work with standardized situations and apply common sense understanding - Strong mathematical skills for computations and graph interpretation If you are a qualified individual with a disability and require accommodation to access Jabil.com/Careers site, please email Always_Accessible@Jabil.com with your request and contact information.
