Job Description

Plumbing Works:

Supervise execution of
water supply, drainage, soil & waste systems
for high-rise buildings
Handle
UGT, OHT, STP, WTP, pump rooms, pressure boosting systems
Ensure proper installation of
CP & sanitary fixtures
as per approved drawings
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and finishing teams for smooth execution

Fire Fighting Works:

Supervise
fire protection systems
: Hydrant, sprinkler, wet riser, yard hydrant
Handle
fire pumps, fire water tanks, jockey pumps, diesel & electric pumps
Ensure compliance with
NBC, NFPA, local Fire Department norms
Coordinate for
Fire NOC inspections, testing & commissioning

General Responsibilities:

Review and execute works as per
approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines
Conduct testing, commissioning & handover documentation
Ensure compliance with
EHS & safety standards
Maintain
DPR, inspection reports, and as-built drawings
