Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumber with 5 years of expertise in residential plumbing, repairs, and facility maintenance. The role involves managing daily plumbing activities in residential towers, ensuring uninterrupted water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance – Install, repair, and maintain pipelines, sanitary fittings, tanks, pumps, and fixtures.
Troubleshooting & Repair – Attend complaints, fix leakages/blockages, and handle emergency breakdowns.
Facility Operations – Maintain central plumbing systems, coordinate with vendors, and monitor water supply usage.
Documentation & Safety – Keep records, follow safety standards, and suggest preventive measures.

Requirements

Education: ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or related trade (mandatory).
Experience: 5–7 years in residential plumbing & facility/township maintenance.
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of residential water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Ability to read plumbing drawings and work independently.
Experience with water pumps, tanks, and sewage/drainage lines preferred.
