Job Description

Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins to meet specific business requirements.
Customize and extend existing plugins to enhance functionality.
Ensure compatibility of plugins with various WordPress themes and versions.
Optimize plugin performance and scalability.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plugins.
Integrate third-party APIs and services with WordPress plugins.
Provide ongoing support and updates for plugins.

Technical Skills Required

Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, and filters.
Experience with custom plugin development.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
Experience with Git and GitHub/Bitbucket for version control.
Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and JSON.

Non-Technical Skills Required

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
