Job Summary

As a Software Engineer specializing in PL/SQL you will contribute to the development and optimization of database solutions within a hybrid work model. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and ensure data integrity ultimately supporting the companys mission to deliver innovative solutions that impact society positively.

Responsibilities

Design and develop efficient PL/SQL code to meet business requirements and optimize database performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and maintain database structures ensuring data integrity and security.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PL/SQL code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to minimize downtime.
Optimize existing database queries and procedures to improve system performance and user experience.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for continuous improvement.
Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and contribute to innovation.
Work within a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in all technical implementations.
Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and societal impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of PL/SQL and database management systems.
Demonstrate proficiency in designing and optimizing complex database queries.
Have experience in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues.
Show ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Have familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in database management.
