PLM - Key User (KU) / Trainer

JOB TITLE & JOB CODE Job Title (Job Code): PLM Rolling Stock (RSC) Key-User (KU) . Applicable for domains: Engineering, Industrial, CCM. PURPOSE OF THE JOB The PLM4A RSC site Key User is the Mtier/Tools referee (Engineering, Industrial or Transverse) for his/her Site. In running phase, Key-user is the first level of support for operational users. He/She ensure that the Core model Solution is well understood and used at plant level, according to processes & rules issued by the mtier. Support site Digital Continuity Officers (DCO) / Programme Manager (PM) in deployment and cultural change activities He/She is the main interface between : PLM4A RBPEs (Experts) End-users Central M&T (Methods & Tools) Monitor site maturity level (processes and solution adhesion) against target Note: this position is in the continuity of current Delmia or DMA KU positions. ORGANISATION Reports directly to: The head of stream he is dedicated to (department director or other manager). Reports functionally to: Regional organization (RBPE) DCO Direct reports - Functional reports - Network & Links Internal PLM4A RSC Region Deployment Manager & RBPEs Site RSC management (incl. SED, SID) Site RSC Engineering, Industrial & SC KUs / Mtiers PLM4A KU network PLM4A Program teams IS&T of the site (if any) External MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Key-User ensures the appropriate support to end-users concerning his perimeter Key-User trains end-users, both for process appropriation and IS tool, in stabilized mod. The KU has been trained to train the trainer cessions. In deployment phase, Key-user, will be help by deployment team. Key-User is capturing incidents & defects raised by end-users. He/She processing characterization of issues. Whenever possible, He/She contains them by workaround. He/she expresses issues & transmit them to the appropriate support team Key-user consolidate needs of enhancement in this domain at plant level: Identifies business needs and writes request for change Propose methodologies improvements to RBPE who will request the validation of Central M&T Key-User are in charge to test new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution Key-User is the leader of coherence of data for his stream within his/her site Key-User puts in place and manages IS usage control, ensuring that end-users are well using the system ( according to core model rules). Key-User support RBPE for local translation of documentations Key-User manages the accounts access in his stream, according to internal control rules On request, supports RBPE in cross functional workshops/methodologies or in support mission to other sites MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements Mandatory: Graduated from University or Engineering School Desirable: Experience Mandatory: Experience of 5 years minimum in the Industry Knowledge on RSC Engineering / Industrial processes and M&T Desirable: Railway Industry Competencies & Skills Essential leadership to drive technical solutions. Ability to Train others.
