PLC Scada Trainer

You are invited to join as a PLC & SCADA Trainer for a short-term assignment of 45 days at Baba Farid College of Engineering & Technology (BFCET) in Bathinda, Punjab. This role involves delivering a comprehensive hands-on training program to engineering students, aimed at enhancing their practical knowledge of industrial automation systems. As a passionate and experienced trainer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between industry and academia. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing a 45-day curriculum covering PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation concepts. You will provide hands-on training using real-time industrial kits and simulation software, focusing on programming and configuration of major PLC brands such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Delta. Additionally, you will demonstrate the usage and integration of SCADA software like Wonderware, WinCC, and iFIX, while guiding students through mini-projects and case studies to simulate real industrial applications. Ensuring a safe, disciplined, and productive training environment is essential, along with providing feedback and performance assessments to the trainees. You will be expected to submit training reports, session plans, and evaluation documentation to the institute. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 3+ years of industrial or training experience in PLC & SCADA. Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting major PLC brands, hands-on experience with SCADA systems and HMI, as well as strong communication and classroom management skills are required. Prior experience in conducting academic or industrial training workshops, certification in Industrial Automation/PLC-SCADA, and the ability to engage and mentor engineering students are preferred qualifications.
