PLC Programming

As a PLC Programmer, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement electrical or mechanical schematics to illustrate the functionality of various processes. You will develop and deploy machine programs using automation software and specialized coding languages. It will be your duty to establish automation test criteria for machines before their final installation and to conduct thorough testing to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability. In the event of system errors, you will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving them promptly. Moreover, you will supervise the successful installation of PLC programs, document all development processes, and offer technical support to clients. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering would be advantageous. A deep understanding of manufacturing and mechanical processes, as well as familiarity with software design principles, is essential. Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software is required, along with a comprehensive knowledge of PLC automation software and coding languages. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a willingness to travel as needed are also critical for success in this role.
