As a Production Incharge at our manufacturing facility located in Plot No. 204, Udyog Vihar Industrial Area - Phase VI, Sector - 37, Gurugram Haryana - 122001, you will be responsible for overseeing the metal fabrication operations. Your role will involve supervising the production floor, coordinating various metalworking processes such as drilling, welding, tapping, and measuring, and managing a team of operators to ensure efficient workflow and maintain quality standards. You should hold an ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade and have at least 2 years of experience in a metal fabrication environment. Hands-on knowledge of metalworking techniques, a good understanding of fabrication drawings and measuring instruments, and the ability to allocate manpower and resources efficiently are crucial for this role. Additionally, you should possess strong supervisory and team management skills to guide and train operators and technicians in mechanical processes. Your key responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day operations, monitoring production activities, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met, conducting routine inspections for safety and quality compliance, and maintaining records of production output and material usage. You will also be required to coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams, identify process improvements, and enforce health and safety protocols on the shop floor. If you have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and awareness of safety standards and quality procedures, you are the ideal candidate for this full-time position.
