Job Description
Write efficient logic code using PLC programming languages like ladder logic and structured text to control industrial machinery and processes.
Test PLC programs and systems using automation equipment to ensure reliability, and oversee their successful installation and commissioning.
Identify and resolve issues, faults, and bugs in PLC hardware and software, and perform routine maintenance and updates to keep systems running smoothly.
Optimize PLC performance to improve manufacturing efficiency, increase production output, and enhance the overall reliability of automated systems.
Meet with clients to understand their needs and explain how automated components and systems operate, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain necessary project documents, including design specifications and control architecture drawings, to ensure clear record-keeping.
