PLC Programmer

Job Title: PLC/SCADA Programmer (Mitsubishi or Similar PLCs)
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (per month)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PLC/SCADA Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in Mitsubishi PLCs (or similar platforms). The role involves designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems, along with executing site-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC/SCADA programs for industrial control systems.
• Lead on-site project activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee site execution tasks such as cable laying, terminations, loop testing, contractor coordination, and PLC fault resolution.
• Support and participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) processes.
• Design, document, and manage backend databases for time-series data used in analysis and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA programming (Mitsubishi preferred; other PLCs acceptable).
• Direct exposure to site-level work (installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (up to 1 job switch acceptable).
• Strong communication skills with a professional and presentable personality.
• Proficiency in English; confident in client-facing and site interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.
