PLC Programmer

Role & responsibilities Hands on experience on Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley PLC and HMI Programming Basic requirement understanding Logic development HMI Screen designing as per customer requirement SCADA screen designing as per customer requirement Hardware and software integration and installation Machine testing and final handover to customer. Online support to customer and installation team. In-depth knowledge of automations and SPM machines Installation and commissioning of spm machines Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements. Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed. Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis. Preferred candidate profile Education : Diploma/B.E/B.Tec Mechanical/ Electrical Experience: Minimum 2 yrs in Special Purpose Manufacturing Industry.(SPM Manufacturing) candidate should ready to travel all over India when require Time management skills Perks and benefits Provident Fund Insurance Onsite Expenses (food , accommodation, travel)
