Description
Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs primarily using Delta and Omron PLCs. • Integrate and configure PLCs with various hardware components, including servo motors, HMIs, and load cells. • Perform debugging and troubleshooting of PLCs, ensuring minimal downtime during system operation. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operators to meet project deadlines and performance objectives. • Provide training to engineering teams to diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, ensuring minimal downtime. • Develop communication protocols and interface solutions for seamless system integration (e.g., Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP). Preferred candidate profile Education - bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering / Control System Engineering or related field. Experience in control systems design and automation, with a focus on special-purpose machines and robotics. Experience with PLC Programming (WPL Soft, DOP, CX Programmer, Sysmac Studio, TIA portal, GX Works, etc.) Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and network configurations. Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule depends on operational needs. Personal Attributes: Written / verbal in English are necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in control systems, robotics, and vision system integration. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
