Job description - Test Engineer Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain test stations such as PRE SOC, COEX (Wi-Fi, NB, GPS), CELL (S1-S5), LVCC-AC, WCS (Cold/Hot), and other stations related to RF, signal, and compatibility testing. Detect, analyze, and fix errors that arise during testing to ensure products meet technical requirements and regulatory standards. Develop, modify, and operate automated test scripts to ensure test stations operate as required and meet quality standards. Analyze test results and debug errors through log reports generated from these scripts. Role Operate, monitor and troubleshoot machines in industrial production lines Preferred candidate profile Job description - Equipment Engineer Responsibilities Underfill engineers & Graphite Programing, troubleshooting, operate and monitor the performance of machines to meet production requirements and maintain high precision (underfill and pick and place machines). Optimize machine parameters for better process control, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity. Laser Barcode, Barcode printer programing and troubleshooting, ensure barcode quality meets traceability and product identification standards, whether applied by laser or printer. Roles Operate, monitor and troubleshoot machines in industrial production lines Preferred candidate profile Understand the operating principles of Underfill Glue, Laser Barcode, and Barcode Printer machines. Understand the principles of basic electrical circuits, how to connect power sources, control signals, and sensor systems of the machine. Understand the PLC control system, HMI, and I/O communications with the machine Knowledge of barcode standards (EAN, QR Code, Data Matrix) Proficient in basic programming and calibration operations on the machine's PLC or HMI
