The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based control systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of dairy, food processing equipment/plant. Role & responsibilities : Receive, verify, and store incoming materials or products. Maintain accurate stock records (physical and system-based). Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and preservation of materials. Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment. Manage GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and stock registers. Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics. Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate with transporters, couriers, and third-party logistics (3PL). Optimize transport routes and freight costs. Preferred candidate profile
Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design, fabrication, installation, and testing of dairy processing equipment. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Project Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate daily project execution activities between internal teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, QA/QC) and external vendors or contractors. Track the progress of key project milestones, including equipment delivery, erection & installation, piping network, utility setup, and commissioning till plant handover. Maintain up-to-date project schedules , Gantt charts , and activity trackers . Status Reporting & Communication: Collect and consolidate daily and weekly updates from various departments and site engineers. Prepare and present clear and concise progress reports , dashboards, and project status presentations for internal and client meetings. Highlight potential delays across the department, risks, or dependencies and escalate them for corrective action. Meeting Coordination & Documentation: Organize and facilitate project review meetings with all project sites , internal coordination meetings, and client update calls. Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and ensure follow-up on action items. Maintain centralized and well-organized project documentation (layouts, equipment specs, RFIs, approvals). Support in Planning & Execution: Assist the Project Manager in work execution planning , material planning , and contractor mobilization schedules . Monitor readiness of work areas (e.g., civil foundation for tanks, utility lines for pasteurizer, etc.). Coordinate with dairy equipment vendors for timely delivery and site readiness. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Dairy Process , milk Evaporator & Dryer plant ; knowledge of fabrication techniques for steel structures an added advantage.
Role & responsibilities Support site visits and surveys to gather measurements and installation data. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical details, equipment dimensions, and utility requirements. Participate in design review meetings and update drawings based on feedback from clients or internal teams. Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) , GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and fabrication documentation. Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes (like 3-A Sanitary Standards, ISO, ASME BPE) and internal QMS. Use revision control and maintain drawing records in PDM/PLM systems Preferred candidate profile Dip / Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar. Develop 2D and 3D plant layout drawings for milk processing plants, chilling centers, and dairy product facilities (e.g., cheese, yogurt, ghee, butter). Create detailed mechanical fabrication drawings for tanks, pasteurizers, homogenizers, evaporators, and spray dryers. Design piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and isometric piping layouts for CIP systems, utility lines (steam, chilled water, compressed air), and product pipelines.
