Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support
site visits and surveys
to gather measurements and installation data.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical details, equipment dimensions, and utility requirements.
Participate in
design review meetings
and update drawings based on feedback from clients or internal teams.

Prepare and maintain
BOMs (Bill of Materials)
, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and fabrication documentation.
Ensure all drawings comply with
industry codes
(like 3-A Sanitary Standards, ISO, ASME BPE) and internal QMS.
Use
revision control
and maintain drawing records in
PDM/PLM systems

Preferred candidate profile

Dip / Bachelors degree
in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in
CAD software
such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar.
Develop 2D and 3D
plant layout drawings
for milk processing plants, chilling centers, and dairy product facilities (e.g., cheese, yogurt, ghee, butter).
Create detailed
mechanical fabrication drawings
for tanks, pasteurizers, homogenizers, evaporators, and spray dryers.
Design
piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
and
isometric piping layouts
for CIP systems, utility lines (steam, chilled water, compressed air), and product pipelines.
