Key Responsibilities
• PLC Programming:
Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs (minimum 4 years hands-on experience)
using Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms. Proficient in ladder logic, structured
text, and FBD.
• Drive Programming:
Program and configure VFDs and Servo Drives with at least 2 years of experience.
Responsible for drive selection, tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting & Commissioning:
Handle installation, commissioning, and testing of new products at customer sites.
Ensure seamless integration and compliance with project specifications.
• Customer Support:
Provide on-site technical support, resolve system issues, and ensure reliable
control system performance post-installation.
• System Integration:
Work with cross-functional teams for integration of PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and
other automation components.
• Documentation:
Prepare detailed documentation including control design, logic descriptions,
configuration details, wiring diagrams, commissioning procedures, and
troubleshooting reports.
