Playwright Automation

Role Overview: As a Playwright QA at Movate, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and quality of software applications through manual and automation testing processes. You will be based in Chennai/Bangalore and work in a Work From Office (WFO) setting with afternoon shift timings from 2pm to 11pm. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications based on functional requirements. - Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to identify defects. - Perform black-box testing to validate application functionality. - Collaborate with developers to resolve issues. - Plan and prioritize automation testing activities. - Write and execute automated tests. - Maintain test automation frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in functional and automation testing. - Proficiency in black-box testing. - Strong bug reporting and tracking skills using tools like JIRA. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical skills for bug reports and test case prioritization. - Hands-on experience with multi-channel commerce or ERP systems, testing methodologies, and automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
