We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting microservices, with expertise in RestAPIs, Dynatrace, and dashboard management. Additionally, proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support microservices to ensure high availability and reliability. Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards to provide insights into system performance. Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting Implement and manage RestAPIs to facilitate seamless integration and communication between services. Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve system efficiency. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability and performance. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of RestAPIs and their implementation. Expertise in using Dynatrace for performance monitoring. Proficiency in managing and creating dashboards for system monitoring. Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting. Experience with supporting and managing microservices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have: (Optional) Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
